Ariston Cafe ΓÇó Opened in 1924 by Pete Adam, the Ariston was originally located up the road in Carlinville. The restaurant was moved to Litchfield in 1931. Today the restaurant is run by Pete's son Nick and his wife Demi. The interior is beautiful, and the old neon sign (the original) above the bar says' "Remember where good food is served."
